It is always nice to see someone you knew as a child has go on to become a prominent person in her own right.
Vijoo’s sister Chandri was my classmate and her brother Jimmie was Les ‘ classmate. I am not sure if she attended our 2005 Reunion;
I know Chandri did.
When I left Zanzibar in 1963 my brother Lawrence gave me a pair of silver filigree earrings which he bought from the Punjwani jewelry store; I still have them.
